We recently found and bought a new house (well, medieval tower) through Propology. We found that their approach to information and helping both us and the vendor to complete the sale was assiduous, helpful, open minded – and determined to make it work. This was welcome in a transaction that was complicated by a Grade 2* listed status with significant documentation of its complete refurbishment and all the associated consents, and a somewhat complicated set of deeds. Cherylle and the team went beyond the bounds to make it happen – and (eventually) happen it did – much to the vendor’s relief and our delight. We continue to have a good relationship with the team who provide a level of personal service I have rarely encountered.
