Propology Boutique Properties are committed to reducing our impact on the environment as much as possible.
We offer exclusive, high quality new homes that are energy efficient, saving you on running costs and providing a durable healthy home without compromising on style and function.
We also believe in sustainable lifestyles. A new build home is a great way to start to help you lead a more healthy life. We aren’t perfect and we don’t expect you to be either. We can all play our part in protecting the planet we live on. We don’t have to save the world all on our own. Collectively, we can all make small changes that can make a huge difference.
We feel honoured to have received the gold national award for Sustainable Agency of the Year at the Negotiator awards on 26th November 2021. We will continue to strive for a greener future. Here are some of the changes we have made at Propology that help make a difference.
We no longer offer re-sale homes, our focus and expertise is our exclusive portfolio of Sustainable New Homes and Barn Conversions.
We operate an appointment only system at our office. When we are out, on viewings or site visits, we switch off our office lights. Our window display lights are switched off during the night and weekends. We use LED low energy lamps.
We are a paper free agency and send electronic correspondence wherever possible. All of our brochures are available to download electronically.
We recycle as much as possible and use local suppliers wherever we can.
We try to make car journeys as sustainable as possible and keep appointments and viewings as geographically close together in any one day.
We support green initiatives and advise our clients to implement these wherever possible.
The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) has issued a code red for humanity. Evidence shows greenhouse gas emissions are propelling us towards a calamitous fiery future triggered by extreme climate change. We must act now.
We do so much more than sell new homes. We are passionate about our beautiful county and would like to help protect its future. We are involved in wildlife and marine conservation both locally and nationally. You can find out more about the projects we support on our conservation page.
