The Negotiator Awards is the most prestigious and popular awards scheme in residential property and with more entrants and more winners than any other scheme in this sector. They are the most inclusive and therefore the most valued and meaningful accolades you can be awarded in the residential property industry.
The winners were unveiled at an extravagant awards ceremony on the 31 October at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London hosted by TV star and comedian, Jimmy Carr. We were delighted to received GOLD for the New Agency of the Year 2017 and SILVER for small estate agency of the year 2017.
Already a multi-award winning agency, we’re not ones for sitting on our laurels and work hard to continuously improve our services and maintain our already high standards. Another win for 2017 keeps us motivated to work even harder next year. All the best to our customers, past, present and future.
The Negotiator Awards 2018
The Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in Mayfair, London, gave a very warm welcome to 900 guests on Friday 30th November. This was the 11th Negotiator Awards and expectations were running high,
With dinner underway, the temperature was rising quickly, as were the expectations of the guests, most of whom hoped to win one of the 34 Awards. After a splendid dinner, it was time for the Award presentations hosted by comedian and TV presenter Julian Clary.
Propology Boutique Properties won the national GOLD award for Land and New Homes Specialist of the Year, very relevant as we recently moved to our new offices at Gardeners House, Bondgate Without, Alnwick to accommodate our expanding new specialist services in Land and New Homes.
The competition was stiff as we were up against some excellent competitors. The entries were judged by an esteemed industry panel of eighteen. The judges awarded GOLD to Propology Boutique Properties!
